About Silver Wren Supports
A small regional provider, built around the way people actually live
We are based in the Bannockburn and Gheringhap area of Victoria and work across the Golden Plains district and the greater Geelong region.
Who we are
Support with the distance and the small towns in mind
Silver Wren Supports Pty Ltd was established as an Australian proprietary company to deliver in-home and community support in a part of Victoria where services are spread thin. Out here a twenty-minute drive between two visits is normal, and support that is planned around a city timetable simply does not arrive.
So we plan differently. Rosters are built geographically as well as by need, travel time is accounted for honestly rather than squeezed, and the people who support you are matched for the long term. That is what makes a shift dependable instead of theoretical.
We are deliberately small. It means the person who takes your first email is the same person who follows the arrangement through, and nothing important is lost between departments.
